This is the first time I am writing the review. Amazon in India is one of the worst experiences. They asked me to pay Rs. 49/- to get the product delivered in 2 days and they didn’t called me and they didn’t reached my home and they messaged telling that the addressee is not available.
The next day they they messaged me that I have rescheduled my delivery appointment. After contacting the customer care they promised that my product will be delivered by the next which never happened.
I better ask you guys never to buy anything from amazon. Let them go back to US and sell products there. They cannot stand anywhere in India. Instead of buying the products in Amazon it’s better to go outside and get your product. The worst customer service experience and delivery experience in my entire online shopping experience.
