Amazon is one of the best online shopping portals in India. There service is really impressive. The best is the delivery part.They commit delivery in 5-7 days but everytime I get my products within 3-4 Days.
And now comes there return and refund, which is awesome.Few days back I bought a philips headphone from Amazon. I thought it to be very good with high performance as per the description. But alas! It wasn’t so. I was highly unsatisfied with its performance .I wanted to return it but I thought it is not possible now as I have used it. But when I called the customer care, I was surprise to hear that it may be returned and I will get my refund too.This process took about five days.
