One of India’s best shopping site keeps on surprising me with its amazing customer service. Its getting better and better everytime I buy somethiny from it.I bought almost 50 items from amazon. I didn’t get a single damaged piece till date. But getting refunds are really tiring on amazon. I did’nt get the refund for one watch that I didn’t like. I called the amazon customer service center and did exactly what they asked me to do. Yet I didn’t get the refund. That was really disappointing. On the other hand amazon is really good and keeps getting better.
