I have been a prime member for quite some years but recently have seen the services becoming extremely bad, in fact to the extent of ignoring customers. New trend is deliver damaged products or wrong quantity or miss a product all together and when the customer complains, they are put on to "Investigation Team ". The members of this team are rude and try their best to avoid any compensation to you. First you deliver a wrong/damaged product or miss an item and then amazon team try to teach the policies and procedures. The most annoying issue is they never reply to your feedback and there is no system to escalate any issue. Basically, "Who Cares" attitude. The delivery person just dumps things outside the door, reported it several times, no action taken. Missed some items and later on received damaged items, but was made to follow up for a refund and that too got a partial refund, though I had explained clearly that all items in the carton got damaged due to spilling of juice. A pack of pistachio was missing and the carton was damaged. I reported this and was literally snubbed by the "Investigator", saying the return window is closed and it was only 2 to 3 days after delivery. A juice pack comes damaged and am told to share photos. Did so and was told that the matter is under investigation. We make the mistake of ordering online and then wait and then receive damaged products and then start following up for refund or replacement. Its not worth it. You waste time, money and lose your peace of mind. Its better to purchase locally. I have cancelled all my subscriptions and orders with Amazon and suggest all to buy locally as much as possible. Only use them in emergency.
