The courier persons do not call and come - even after calling Amazon customer care persons.
Amazons book packaging has deteriorated.
If ever you order school books, we have repeatedly receieved defective torn, used books claiming by seller as new and Amazon dosent have a say on this. Ive experienced this with Grade 3 NCERT 6 books ordered and returned nearly 4-5 times and found all of them defective. Sellers dosent provide a replacement and dont even provide the money back on return. Found this issue with below 3 sellers:
