Hello friends I want to say my real exprience with amazon. Amazon is a online selling Product company.
I am order 8 items on 31 Dec 2017 order id is 171 - 4858916 - 9521943. The product value is 4, 843. Amazon is showed estimate delivery 2-4 Jan and today morning I get an messsege all the orders are cancel. I’m shocked how it is possible. After that I call amazon customer care they are saying these order are not available on COD ok if these are not available on COD then why you first confirm order. Now they cancelled automatically.
This is very rubbish policy. I hate amazon.
