Let me start the review by saying amazon provides best discounts and quality assured products each and everytime. Had been ordering on amazon from the last 3 years. But this year, I had faced lots and lots of issue but their customer care don’t wanna listen to it and just end the chat by saying we can’t help you on this. At first they had cancelled my hp laptop stating it as an price error. The product was az fullfilled. Never thought it would cancel. It was for the first time that some prime order was cancelled, so I thought to don’t take up this issue at large. Now, another one time they hae cancelled an order ’Phillips Juicer’ which was under LIGHTNING_ DEAL offers. This was a true shock for me. Yet I thought the discount was more then 70% and it is difficult for them to provide that. Now again I came up with another issue wherw the seller on amazon changing the title and image of the product after shipment. Its happened with me that’swhy saying. Seller first name the product has pack of 3 footwear with 3 footwear in the image. Later on, after shipment seller had chage the title to One slippers and as image. My question would be here why after shipment amazon is allowing seller to change and edit the products?
