I recently purchased a pair of shoes from amazon.first of all it took around 10days for the delivery which is really a long time, secondly to my surprise when I opened the pack to my surprise I got an absolutely different pair of shoes.i was astonished and gave a call to the customer service, they said me to return the product by self ship as the seller doesnt provide pick up facility.just for a pair of shoes I had to face so much trouble.disgusting
