I want to share one incident I bought earphone of skullcandy but unfortunetly not compatible with my set. I just click the order return and with in 48 hrs money is ctedited into my account and I used the refinded amount to buy sony earphones from site. No hicups at all. They gather product from ur door step, not like others where u have to courier urself.
