2 weeks ago I ordered from amazon.in for the first time, for the occasion of Saraswati Puja. I bought new clothes for all my children and checked the option of express delivery for next day delivery. The order arrived the next day. Lightning fast delivery service is one of the unique selling point of this e-commerce site. The second time around I ordered a yoga mat and as there is a delivery fee for orders below 900, I added few more things. this time I didn’t pay extra, just went with standard delivery. And still the order arrived in 3 days. They kept sending me messages with the status which was helpful.
I didn’t have cash handy but that delivery boy was carrying a swipe machine with him, which proved highly beneficial. very happy with their service and promptness.
I have downloaded the application on the tablet and have been adding items in the wishlist. They have huge number of items, in every category, that I don’t need to check on other websites.
