Delivery problem

Hello friends my self Sabita and today I want to share mybexperience on Amazon.in indias online shopping website. I bought a phone moto g5s plus from here today so many peoples are disagree with my oppinion but I tell the truth what happened with me.


The product quality is good I got the genuine product so I satisfy. Apps and website pages are very easy to operate anyone can easily operate it and EMI options are also availabe.


But the problems are.


Before 2 months I ordered moto g5s plus from here I paid full payment through my card they confirm my order and guarantee that I get my product within 10 days. But after 7 days the msg come in phone that my product is returned because of incomplete address I call on its customer support control room they said that my phone no. is not active this is false I was very angry minimum 20 mins I talked. Then they say ok in next 7 days you get your product. After 7 days then I call in customer care they said that my product is lost so thats why you have to wait 7 days more. I was very angry I told him if you cant deliver please return my money after 2 days they specially send my product. So friends I am not telling that you dont buy from this website I only tell my experience. But on my oppinion go for any other online shopping website like flipkart.
