Online shopping is a latest trend especially in India and when it comes to online shopping, Amazon is a known brand due to its millions of products and collabration in several countries. I personally have been shopping online for years and the only reason is that it is convenient.
Amazon is not the only gaint in the race as there are many other companies offering the same services but when it comes to the quality of the product and timely delivery, there is no other name in the race.
Let us quickly review it as per my experience: -
Customer Service - There is a space for improvement but they have been always helpful.
Product Quality - Amazon is known for the same quality.
Delivery - You don’t have to call them for the late delivery.
Apps - It is good but not the best one in the market.
Reliability - Amazon is the second name for reliability.
