Hello everyone! I am Kumar and today I want to share my experience which I have gone through while purchasing some products from Amazon.in.
I’m a fitness freak and I wanted to buy some gym equipment to keep exercise regularly at home. I am using Amazon for several years and ordered many kinds of stuff but now their service is going worst.
A few months ago, I purchased a set of dumbbells i.e 5 kg each which costs Rs. 569 + 50 ( delivery charge) = 619.
There is mentioned that I will get a pure leather gym gloves with the set of the dumbbell. It seems to be an offer or something. At the time of delivery, I only got those dumbbells without that gym gloves which costs Rs. 200- 300. I asked the delivery man about the gym gloves which is ought to be delivered with those dumbbells and he said: I only got these dumbbells to deliver.I said him to not leave before making me clear about the steps that I should take to get my gym gloves delivered but he started imploring Please let me go, I have to deliver many goods throughout the city, It will ruin my job if I were late. I’m a kind-hearted guy and I allowed him to move on with his work.
Later on, I contacted Amazon and complained about those gym gloves and they said: Ok, we will check where the mistake happened and let you know when we will complete our entire process and guess what it is now more than 2 and a half month and I didn’t get any response yet. I have not that much time to call Amazon and ask them for the gym gloves all the time but that entire delivering process is very bad and disgusting.I will think twice before making any purchase again from this website.
