I have using amazon last 4 year and I am well satisfy except some small problem regarding delivery issue nothing else.
but these day I felt amazon service going worst to worst. few days back I have ordered rock mobile usb cable from amazon and after 4-5 days I got my product when I open that product is not equal to which I ordered to amazon it fully not satisfactory I am very upset to see this type of cheating done by amazon. I have paid online cost of the product to amazon and after I have rise a request to refund or change with original which I ordered to amazon. they give me time to pickup next working day at 11am from my office. but next day no one came to my place for pickup when I go to my request that is still open at website. I think next day any one sure come to pickup the product but again no one came to my office after 4-5 day I have emailed to amazon regarding my pickup they ensure to me next business day pickup will done surely but again same problem no one come to me regarding my pickup. I still waiting after 3-4 days I have again mailed to amazon regarding pickup but they told me your return time is over and they not able to return my product.
I dont know what type of customers service amazon using for the customer the amount of cable is around ? 250/- but if any customers buy costly product from amazon. that is totally wests of money.
