Been using Amzon for all most more than 5 years now, off course not in India but when I used to live in London.
What I like about Amazon is there commetment to customers, the delivery is always on time or to be Frank it is always before the Amazon promised date of delivery.
Coming to pricing, I don’t know how these guys do it but most of all the times products
Amzon will be lowesst priced compared to other online/retailers.
Coming to India, and comparing with flip kart, Flipkart is not even close to the way Amzon does things. Take it delivery or packaging. These where I hate Flipkart the package is not at all good.
