Best online customer service.

Ordered a coffee machine and it didn’t arrive. Contacted Amazon via chat and the rep said wait until a week after the delivery date then if it hadn’t arrived they would send out another machine. A week passes and still no machine so I went on chat again. The rep apologised and mid way through our conversation my internet went down so of course the chat ended. To my amazement when I logged back into Amazon the rep had put another order through for the machine(free of course) and given me free next day delivery. All of that without me asking. And sure enough, the coffee machine got here the next day.
