Hey friends, I am back with another review of a very giant e-commerce site Amazon.in.
well few days earlier I ordered a microphone for my personal use worth rupee 175+ forty rupee extra for delivery charges. according to the site the estimated time for delivery was more than 5 days but I got my product within 3 days since I ordered it.
when the product delivered I opened the package and tested the product I found that the microphone was not compatible with my laptop. I worried but I soon as I read the return policies of the site I placed a return pickup from the site the very next day a delivery boy came and picked up the packet. and I got my money refunded in my bank account.
so I was a bit happy with the site and their services that they are offering to Indian consumer.
so this was my experience from the site.
