I happened to buy a phone from Amazon and unfortunately the experience is the worst of a kind.
Bought Lenovo k8 note( Don’t buy guys) from Amazon and since the time I received the phone I called them for return as the phone feature was not good and was getting hang.
Amazon brilliantly changed their policy and responded that they don’t accept returns any more .wow.who wud coz they must b having huge stock of this phone who no one wanna buy.
They offer me a repair option which I had to chose and as I expected that was a gimmick too as no one turned up since a week.
I want to know if Amazon has a charity team whom I can give this phone for free
