I have placed an order for shoes at the amazon.com and I am very much disapointed by them when I see that they have not provide home delivery in my area and its not availabl on my pin code and I need to go 20 km far way from my home to receive the courior bag.and the my order arived to me after 12 days of the booking
there customer serviece is also poor nad the product are not matching the picture of the product at the web page.
first of all you when you call them it take a long time to connect with them.the product I had orderd is not matching with my size and the shoes is little big for my foot so I call the customer care to replace the shoes and request them to a another 6 no shoes but thay sad this shoes is available only in this size which we provide and we can not replace it and then I asked to replace it with another shoes with same price but they refuse and I got very much dispointed. and that pare of shoes is totally loss for me and I lost near 1200 rs with amazon india’
They have not good delivery service and the courior company with they have tied up is not provides fast delivery service and they take a long time to deliver the product and then they call you to take the delivery from there office.which is very difficult and its better to buy shoes from the local market rather then amazon.
There app is good and there is nothing to complaint about and website is also very attractive and well displayed .
there is not any realiability at amazon I am not happy with this site.
