I would like to declare this as the best shopping site tgat I have ever been to!
I know it might have some bad remarks but its amazing features completely cover it up!
Well I had an exam abd I always write with the same pen so I placed an order for it on Amazon and chose normal delivery.
When the pen arrived after 4-5 days I noticed that I had got wrong package. I was really frustrated at Amazon and was really really angry.I thought that by the time my package would be replaced my exams would have started and I would have to write tge exams without my favourite pen.
I went to their website and ordered replacement and then tge next day tge most fantastic thing happened, amazon had already come to take my package for replacement. And after another day I received my package without any delivery fees.
And I could write my exam in peace.I was really impressed with their commitment towards customer satisfaction.
I would recommend all of you tgat whenever you wish to plaxw an order online then please go to Amazon. They will do anything in their power for their customers to be Happy.
