Iam using moto g4 plus for last 1.5 years, still its working good but there is little bit problem in battery backup so that I want to exchange it with new moto 5splus via amazon.in and amazon has the facility of exchange offer worth rupees 8800 off at my old address bharuch. but I want this at my new address indore when I put my new address of Indore it, shows that this service is not available at this address(indore). I am not getting that why amazon has no such service in indore whether as indore is a big city as compare to bharuch.
help me to avail this service.
