I like amazon prime, use it all the time for all sorts from tools to medicines to jewellery to household stuff, delivery is usually fast on prime, not all that pleased with amazon logistics, errors occasionally.
My delivery instructions don’t seem to save all the time, have to select my instructions most times even though I’ve saved them, very inconvenient if it gets missed. Don’t know if that’s technical errors or logistic errors. Overall still happy.
