We all know Amazon.com is an American online retail website but this brand worked really hard to provide good quality products in reasonable price.
The best thing according to me about this website is that they don’t charge delivery charges for books.
In terms of packaging they’re the best and they sell genuine products. seriously I have never faced any problem with any product from’Amazon.com’.
Therefore, I would rate 4 out 5 because I think they should have provided a Toll free costumer care number so that in case of late delivery or any other problem we could talk to their staff directly.
