I use amazon.in in place of flipkart. Amazon.in is very good but sometime it’s create many problems. In amazon.in every product have on good price but many mobiles not available in this site. So sometime I use another shopping sites. Main thing of amazon.in is it’s service. Amazon.in service is very good I like it. Like fast delivery, return, refund etc. Amazon.in website UI is very simple not attractive like flipkart and amazon app is also not attractive but main thing is it’s service. It’s customer care feature is very good. Many important items available on good price in amazon.in and product quality is well.
If I give me no. On scale of 1 to 10 so I give 7 out of 10 because of its service.
