Don’t buy any large appliances from amazon, I am a prime customer of amazon & ordered many items from amazon but this time I bought an AC, hoping that everything will go smooth but the journey was an eye-opener. initially, I ordered a Voltas 1.4 ton AC & waited for the delivery but no update, after the delivery date I called the customer care about the package status then they told me to wait & I waited 7 more days because of their fake promises & at the end, they told me that they can not arrange the product as it is out of stock so cancel the order.
Once again I ordered a Hitachi AC from amazon because my money was stuck with them & surprisingly same story.
If you are going to buy from amazon so please be ready that you have to call them many times & you will get the reply they don’t have the seller’s number or they can contact the seller by email only or you have to wait 3-4 working days for the update, not the product, moreover to this now I wanted to cancel the order so that I can buy it from any other store guess what even that is also not possible because they have to take permission from the seller to refund the customers amount in case of not-delivered items & also need 3 working days for approval. if you ask them to connect to the senior manager or higher authorities for a solution then they will disconnect your call.
so if you have lots of money & time then only go to amazon to buy any large appliances. Amazon India stop looting & fooling people
