Amazon.in is one of the biggest online shopping website . I am using amazon.in from two years for online shopping , my recent experience with amazon is really bad , the pathetic online shopping experience I had. I bought a mi power bank from amazon.in in 489 rupees and when I got the product after waiting 6 days I found that the product was defective, it was not even charging. I raised a return request but I found that they are not arranging a pickup for this product.
I suppose to courier the product from myself. First of all company should arrange a return pickup and as I have seen the reviews about b2b brothers ( the dealer who sold this power bank ) are really bad , they have to block this dealer because they are making fool to people and also ruining the reputation of amazon.in . this time I had really bad experience with amazon so I will not recommend to buy from amazon.in .
