I am a continuous user of Amazon, as its name suggests it has everything A to Z in it. Exactly you can find most of the things in Amazon.

Amazon has built a trust& there is less chance that you will get worst products. It’s customer care officers are very cordial.
If you are a smart buyer then no doubt you will get outstanding product at genuine price.
A great thing in amazon is Amazon affiliate program, through which you can earn ample money if youhave website or good fan page.
It has a drawback that if a customer wants to return due to damage. Then he has to go through lengthy process. Like he has to go to cyber cafe to print out the return invoice, which can be improved, like snapdeal there is no need to take print out which increases convince to customer.
Overall Amazon is good 4.5 star from my side.
