I know being such a big company, you are slammed with some many requests every minute of the day, so I can only hope my request makes it through to someone who can helpI have had an Amazon. Com account now for going on 9 years ( under different emails over the years) .i have always experienced wonderful service, fast shipping, excellent prices, and above all, outstanding customer service. But on September 14 I realized a family members birthday was 4 days away! no time to order a decent gift and have it time. Then I realized, Im a prime member! I can have it in 2 days! So I spend the last of my spending money ( my husband works a full time job, but Im permanently disabled and at home 99% of the time with two small children) to purchase a Gift Card to Amazon, hopped on my account ( d* 87@gmail.com) and ordered a refinished out my bank account( my gas money fund) so I could have next day shipping.a little while later, I was informed that my order needed verification, so I replied with the requested information. Not long after that my order was cancele_45d and my account locked down. I have called and been lied to, promised compensation Cred824it, etc. With no results. I simply want my Gift Card balance transferred to my new accoun( b* a@yahoo.com) so that my nephew can have a belated birthday gift. The amount of Gift Card balance in $78.71. And Id appreciate something small for all the hassle Ive been through. A coupon maybe? My family member is already going to heartbroken that we werent able to get him a gift at his party and I dont have many good days with my health issues, but this has just made me sick. And since I do 99% of my shopping online because of my health, Im sad to see my favorite site cause some many problems., please address this issue or delegate to someone who can.
