I ordered lenovo vibe x3 on 9th march 2016 at 1430 hrs and selected one day delivery I got belw sms on delivery day
Arriving Today: Your package with Lenovo VIBE X3(White, 32GB)&1 other item will be delivered by AmzAgent(9873717252). Track https://amzn.in/8OoH9Mh. And I called up agent Amit at 1600 hrs to know he will deliver around 1800 and when he did not do so I recalled came to know will surely deliver b4 1900 and at 1915 I recalled him he assured to deliver by 8 but he did not andbmisbehaved badly and thretened me. I compained it to amazon cc but no relief.
Again when I left place at 2100 hrs waited almost 1 hr more then promised time he called me up at 2130 to deliver it. My question is? Is this the service standards and my 200 bugs will go for amazon play .so angry and pissed will never even try to buy anything from them.
