Amazon is a market leader in the online shopping industry. With the introduction of it’s Prime Service it has done a remarkable job as it guarantees the timely delivery of the products.
I would give it 5 stars in terms of Customer Service based on my personal experience and would recommend this to my friends and relatives.

Website is very fluent but one suggestion, please improve the App available in Android platforms as sometimes it says’Product not found, try again later’ message.
