Flipkart is way better than all these, generally they come immediately within a day or two and collect the item and refund your money asap, but here is the bummer, when it’s an expensive thing then the person from flipkart comes analyses everything tries to get a mistake out of it, you have to explain them what’s wrong they will check the software again and again and might even tell you to reset it and so on. But none the less these practices at flipkart have been reduced to a great extent but it still does exist at some parts.
Now comes my favourite that’s AMAZON.IN this website gives you whatever you want and if you are not satisfied with the color or the size or the dimensions of the product you can just arrange a reverse pickup within 24 hours and they do come punctually, call you before they are coming, but the only thing is you have to stick a label on it just as every other website recommends you to.
The executive comes on time, picks up the item, doesn’t ask what it is what happenned to it and so on, gives you a smile and goes away with the delivery and within 7 days your money is refunded and every process of refund is always mailed to you. And the customer care service is pretty responsive, pretty clear and very friendly to help you out anytime anywhere. The only thing one needs to be careful about is that when you buy an amazon fulfilled product you will get the cash immediately within 7 working days but if you buy something which is not amazon fulfilled you will get the refund a little late.
