Amazon is no doubt a big online market place, but I must say that it should keep a close eye to all its sellers. In the month of September I ordered a parking sensor for my car, and I was promised that I should receive the item after around 20 days, well after waiting for a long time ? I was told the item can not be delivered and you are eligible for a full refund. It was important for me to have the product itself I told the customer service team that this is not fair but they just apologised like all time and told me to order the product again and promised me that next time they will make sure the product is delivered in time. As promised I received the refund after 10 long day and ordered the item again on 28 October 2016 I was promised a delivery date of 13 December 2016 but again I did not receive the item and now I am really annoyed and tired. Ill advice all buyer to keep the delivery time in mind before any important purchase. Thank you.
