Problems with last three Prime deliveries. Not turning up or 24 hrs late.


Customer services next to useless.


Promise gift certificate to compensate but never add it to account.


CS reps who answer with auto responses and totally ignore your gripe.


Use substandard couriers for Prime deliveries who just don’t care.


If I didn’t love my Echo I would ditch them.


Going down hill


I have ordered from Amazon for myself and my business for a number of years, Amazon Prime used to be excellent and always arrive the next day, however recently delivery times are getting longer and longer, and as you normally pay a premium for the said item it really just isn’t worth it.It would also help if you knew at the point of ordering who the courier company are, I find anything to do with Yodel in the area I have moved to are a nightmare to the point where I will cancel an order and go elsewhere before entertaining this company again. Awful Customer Service


Received an alert that my Amazon Prime free trial required payment information. Entered payment information. Opted for monthly charges. Was charged $108.41 for an annual subscription. I had to wait 3-5 business days for the refund, while my internet bill awaited payment. Customer service was completely understanding but also completely lacking empathy.


I understand that you are screwed Is there anything I can do?


Well, yeah, un-screw me.
