I ordered to a shoes for me from Amazon a month ago and because of some size issue.
I decided to return it back. Before returning it back, they told me that whatever shipping charges I would pay to send my product back they will refund that to me but when my product reached at their end, they refused to refund me my shipping charges and they gave me a gift card instead.They make fake promises in terms of shipping returns.They should arrange pick ups for the customers like Flipkart and snapdeal
