I have purchased many things from online e-commerce website Amazon.in and I am pretty much satisfied with the products but when it comes to service and the call center care persons I would say a Big No to Amazon.com. I am saying this because of my following experience.
I referred my 2 friends in the month of September 2016 and I was assured that if my friends purchase the goods of value more than 300 Rs I will get 200 Rs as refer and earn campaign and he will get back Rs 100 as his part of refer and earn process. On the refer and earn page it was showing that I have received 400 credits for referring 2 of my friends to amazon.com and it will be added to my gift card balance soon but now its been 4 months and I have got only Rs 200 and when I call the customer care they are so pretending that they are understanding my problem but I have not get it resolved since 4 months.
So for customer service it is No but for good products Amazon.in is good
