The costumer Service in amazon is quite good.we can easily place a product at any mode of payment.if product is good we can easily exchange and return.And they respond very well for costumer phone quiries.
When it comes to product quality.Not bad.we can find the products from low quality to high quality.what ever we want.
Delivery time is also not bad.but should improve in urban areas.
Amazon app is very fast respinding app.we can operate very quitly through App.but when it comes to web little bit slow .
According to me the major defect in amazon is we cannot find new modern products.the new products also there but in limited stocks.we can see huge bulk of cheap quality and old products( clothing) .
So my request for u people go for jabong abof myntha sites if you wannna buy clothes.
And my request to amozon dont put that useless bulk of cheap quality products.Getting irritation by scrolling down for our desire one .
