I generally purchase mobile from Flipkart, But this time found there are discount of 10-15% discount in Amazon Great Indian Sale from 20-22. So I planned to purchase it from amazon.
I bought one mobile on 22nd morning. In the evening when I checked the status, the order is in progress and I was too happy as I’ve waited for 4-5 days for the sale day.
The surprise came on next day, on 23rd got message that, the order got canceled.
I just checked the mobile in amazon, the stock is still there & I have not canceled the order.
Called to customer care, "Due to technical issue your order got canceled & we can not do anything in it" the customer guy told.
Its just waste of my time.
I’m not going to believe the amazon deals/Sale in future. Because they just cheat in the name of Sale, they never want to give the discounts.
