Both my products and money got stuck forever

I used to take Amazon with very high regard until this horrible experience I had with Amazon recently.


The bank says the payment has been successfully deducted by Amazon after I order a few products(in one go).


Amazon also acknowledged that the payment has been received, but somehow whenever I go and see the status of my orders(5 products in one order), none of the products are dispatched /shipped because, to much of my amusement, "THEY ARE WAITING FOR PAYMENT as per the Order Status." What the hell are you talking about?


Even after talking to a bunch of CC executives and their seniors, they keep parroting the same things again and again over a period of time - "it will rectify by itself. I need to wait". How the hell in the world, it will rectify by itself once it has already given the verdict - WAITING FOR PAYMENT.


The worst thing is all those executives have nothing else to do or say except - "wait & watch". The saddest part is Amazon has become the victim of it’s own success. It has forgotten that the man has made the machine, and not the other way round. Those executives, instead of owning up the problem and saying that we need to clear some technical glitches happened in the payment pipeline and it will be corrected soon, all they sound like saying is - "some miracle will happen and it will corrected by itself. I just need to keep waiting"


Comm’on. The machine has already given it’s verdict that it is still WAITING FOR PAYMENT after several f*g days. Now it’s you who need to rise over the machine and do the needful.


Humankind of going to be the victim of it’s own progress for sure, and poor me neither received my products nor the money back into my account.


Screw you, Amazon!
