I am a regular purchaser of pen drive, electronic items and household mops etc from this on line shopper.
I have an association of more than 8 months with them. The best commendable about their service is the packing.
The packing done by them is extremely good, with enough supportive cushions provided inside the carton shielding the costly items from the stress and strain of the journey. They way all the items were received so far were in good condition.
Recently I had an experience of replacement from this shopper. I ordered for Eveready ELS-27W CFL(Pack of 2) and the parcel was received in good condition. On opening the pack, the items also were seen sound externally.
However when I tested its function I found that the same is not working. This was informed to them. They immediately arranged for pickup of these defective items and the courier man issued the receipt. On the same day of pickup, and on the strength of the receipt they re-ordered the items without waiting for receipt of the damaged items at their location.
Hence within a span of 8 days I received the replacement with good ones. Hence I commend the good supportive customer service and the minimum TAT(Turn Around Time) taken by them. I am now writing this review since recently I had very bad experience with a online shopper "askmebazaar" where I was harassed and even after 7 weeks they are on longer ready to give refund for a defective product supplied. This comparison is noted for viewers effective review.
