I have ordered several products from amazon but I am totally unsatisfied with their delivery timings. I ordered a samsung mobile and when I didnt recieve it on time I cancelled the order but instead of refunding my money they shipped my mobile 5 days after order cancellation.even they didnot send any bill with mobile and when I got problem in it I asked for the bill but after more than 2 months I still did not get it so I have to pay from my pocket for rebooting of my new phone.the courier service gati by which they had tied up , is providing very poor service .they never give timely delivery
