It is good and my 2nd choice after flipkart. But make sure products are covered under their .Advance. option to provide proper return, refund or replacement in 10 to 30days, otherwise it will be mess if product comes to be defactive.
So far I face no such incident but some of my friends faced it, but they still able to resolve some incidents but not all. So far it is also secure and good customer support. Very responsive and customer friendly. On top of that they show that they value their customers and customer’s concerns.
Other than customer service all things depends on their seller and agreement with seller.
