I recently purchased a mobile phone using their mobile app, during the process of making the payment, I had to toggle between my SMS inbox to retrieve OTP password to complete the transaction but twice app was not responding so I made a note of my OTP then with out toggling to other window I completed the transaction.
SMS was not to me stating that product has been dispatched twice then the next day I received a message stating that my product has been cancelled due to payment declined from bank.
I was confused because money was debited from my account for which I received a confirmation sms from my bank too so I decided to take this from bank by contacting customer service who confirmed to me that payment is debited from Amazon.
Then I logged into Amazon site and figured out that order was not cancelled and SMS was sent to me for declined transaction, this was too confusing because SMS did not talk about any order number but just spoke about the product name. Then I left a feedback on Amazon site but not very pleased with the response
