I ordered a book ( Java The complete reference) from amazon.in . When I received the book it was damaged from one corner. So I called the customer service for a replacement but they asked me to send back the book to seller and told me that they would be providing Rs 100 for courier charges. The book was very heavy and it charged me around Rs 200 but they didn’t refunded my extra Rs 100 . I found this very unfair. I have decided not to order any from Amazon in future.
