There are so many e-commerce sites in INDIA. Amazon one is equal to all the remaining e- commerce sites because they are providing the best offers the packing and the prices and product. There are so many advantages in this site. if the customer is not satisfied by the product they wont ask silly questions to the customer why you are returning like what other e-commerce sites doing they will ask u only one thing you need replacement or money. Customer can choose anything they wont ask any questions and wont irritate the customers. The experience manager the site using and the internal software’s they are using and GUI I am pretty impressive of that. The bad part is delivery time these guys are taking so much of time but packing was awesome. The products are also genuine and they are not loosing name in the market. The experience manager what they are using is quite impressive please increase the delivery time.
