I ordered this product eWools Women’s Woolen Cardigan(Miss18-426_Pink_X-Large) with 15% discount for cashless offer on 27 nov. It was supposed to be delivered by 6 dec. On 5 I got out of delivery message and a call from amazon askng for address. The parcel wasn’t delivered. The message read customer was not available. For next three days the sms updates were the same. On thursday I called customer care, they said it wil be delivered by friday. Nothing came. On friday again I called customer care. They said it will be delivered by monday. Nothing came. I called them on tuesday when I got an sms update saying I refused the parcel! How come I refused it, while no one came with the parcel. On tuesday when I called them they say the parcel was tampered so they sent it back
They got to know that aftet a week ie., on 12th of the scheduled delivey! This was never delivered to me. Never fall for such deals better to buy in local shops.
