Amazon worst customer service xperience of my life

I had purchased this product on 4th Oct’16 and delivery date was 10th Oct’16 by 8 pm. I had bought this mobile for gifting it to my father on his birthday 11th Oct’16.

On 10th Oct when I didn’t received the product I called at the helpline and I was told that the product will now be delivered on 11th Oct’16 by 12 Pm.

On 11th Oct’16 again I didn’t received the product and when I called at the helpline I was told that now product will be delivered on 12th Oct’16.

I wanted to raise the matter to higher level but the executive attending the call clearly said that he cannot get his supervisor on call as he would also not be able to help and banged the phone on my face.

THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED BY AMAZON?

It’s 13th Oct’16 and I still haven’t received the product.

Well for me this is the last product I bought from Amazon as going forward I would not be making any purchase with Amazon.

Would advise all to please be careful.
