Experiencing very poor service from Amazon India

Hi,


I would like to complaint about what I am facing over here from last 2 days.


I have ordered product HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135 All-in-One Printer on 6th August and it was delivered on 9th Aug however, amazon website was showing that its delivered on 8th which is not, I had call with customer care about the same on 8th Aug and they updated its happens sometime and I will receive my package next day. Leave it the main thing is as below:


I did not checked product on same day when it got delivered to me, I got chance to check the same on 16th Aug and I found that product inside box and box seal was already broken, Also cables inside box was missed, and I call customer service right away. They insure me I will get product replacement and updated me how replacement will work. Person I contacted on 16th Aug and who place the replacement order was Aravind C. He asked me preferred time to pickup the package, and I preferred the morning time on 17th. So he schedule it between 10AM to 1PM on 17th August.


FROM HERE THE DRAMA IS STARTED BY AMAZON, Nobody came to pickup the package in schedule time. As per your policy my replacement not dispatch until my existing package reach to you. So I again preferred to call customer service and I got connected to Sadhika V. around 3PM IST. I discussed this issue with her and she said she will takecare of this issue and she assured that pickup will be complete by end of 17th Aug. Here check what she wrote to me in email:

I’ve checked the details and see that the return was initiated on August 16, 2017 and it is scheduled to be picked up on August 17, 2017 .


I can assure you that the pickup will be completed by August 17, 2017 .

I was waiting for the same but nothing happen on 17th Aug. I patiently wait for your logistic guys to pick up my package on 18th till the 2PM IST. But again nothing happen so Again I call your customer care and I got connected to Ankan, he talked to me almost 1 hour and resolution of spending 1 hour with him resulted BIG ZERO. He assured me pickup will be happen today, He said over the phone he spoke with logistic facility and they inform that person already out to pickup the product. See what he wrote to me,

It’s really unfortunate that the pickup got rescheduled yesterday and that it rolled over to todayMy question to him, In case at my neighbours place if package got hurt OR If my society security Run away with package who will be responsible? Is is valid question amazon? If it is he simply refuse to take responsibility about situation so let me know on which basis he asked me to hand over package to neighbour/ security?"

  1. You can self return the package to Thane Mumbai by visiting nearest courier facility and will help with shipping charges.

I placed order on amazon I paid money to you, you sent me DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, YOUR COURIER FACILITY FAILED TO PICKUP PACKAGE ON SCHEDULE DATE AND TIME then WHY SHOULD I BROTHER MYSELF WITH THIS NONSENSE THINGS, WHEN YOU KNOW YOUR COURIER SERVICE IS WORST SERVICE AT ALL THEN WHY YOU SCHEDULE THE PICKUP EARLIER? AND NOW YOU ARE PROVIDING SOLUTION LIKE THIS, SHAMELESS PEOPLE"

I understand you want the pick-up to be completed by 12am midnight however the courier team will be working by 8pm and hence my humble request to wait till tomorrow and will complete pick-up at the earliest.


We being a customer centric company, we certainly don’t want our customers to face any kind of inconvenience.

When I asked him to connect me to higher management he simply refuse it with reason policy, I asked him to dispatch my replacement and schedule your pickup whenever you got time he simply refuse with policy reason, I asked to refund my money he again refused with SAME POLICY REASON, If he is in ESCALATION DEPARTMENT AND HE IS DOING NOTHING FROM THERE WHY HE IS THERE, I WILL SAY KICK HIM OFF FROM ESCALATION DEPARTMENT.
