Amazon is the one of the best online shopping destination. I shop also every 2nd month from the amazon sometime shoes or sometimes electronic items. The app user interface is simple and not so attractive, the price compared to other sites are little bit lower. But the main drawback of the amazon is its delievery or customer support. Delivery of the products is always delayed and delayed. And when we wnat to return the product the customer support system is worst. In my opinion amazon gives variety of products but the service offered are worst and annoying.
