I mostly buy on Amazon.in as it’s service is good. Products listing under different tags like amazon fulfilled, cash on delivery etc. are very good benefits on amazon.in As amazon fulfilled is a realiable option by amazon.in and so product quality wass always good in my experience only one time and that is because of packaging but mostly Amazon.in packaging is good.
Delivery time was always good in my experience Courier service they use sometime is good but sometimes not.
Customer service when I talk to them was fine.
All in all why do I buy on amazon.in is it is reliable because of Amazon fulfilled feature, good Product quality and Delivery time but one complaint- that a national level big website should use a standard courier service always in which courier delivery man will have some guts of talking with his customer and companies(Amazon.in and used Courier Service) both will get good rating.
