I had ordered for a product and the item was small, hence asked for a replacement. Amazon refused to replace the item.
I had to fight for my money, then I got the refund.
The amazon.in was suppose to pick the item, didn’t intimate on the delay and never came to pick the item.
2 day I waited, again no calls, nothing was informed. I had to contact the customer agent and they were not willing to assist me.
3rd day I contacted and postponed my trip just to give off this parcel, nobody called, nobody came to pick the item.
I have never seen such horrible service and its the worst.
I will not recommend amazon.in to anybody.
